Shipping Information

We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States only (the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.). If your shipping address is outside the continental U.S., please contact support@irisharp.com before placing your order.

We offer multiple shipping options to fit your timeline and budget. Every order includes tracking.

Order Processing

The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days
  • Shipping time: 3–23 business days (depends on shipping method and destination)

Standard Shipping is FREE to all addresses within the continental United States.

Important Notes

  • Shipments may be delayed due to weather, national policies, or peak season
  • Once your order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you
  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes in some regions; please provide a physical street address for guaranteed delivery

We do not ship to non-continental destinations, including but not limited to:

  • APO/FPO military addresses (ZIP codes 090-099, 340, 962-966)
  • Alaska (ZIP codes 995-999)
  • Hawaii and Guam (ZIP codes 967-969)
  • Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands (ZIP codes 006-009)
  • Russia and Belarus
  • Iran, North Korea, and Syria
  • Cuba and Venezuela
  • Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions
  • Freight forwarders

Orders placed with shipping addresses in these regions will be cancelled and refunded within 5 business days.
