We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States — no minimum purchase required. Every pair of irisharp frames ships at no extra cost to you.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll get an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime via our Order Tracking page using your order number and email.

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@irisharp.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
