30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return any irisharp frame for a full refund. No restocking fees. No hidden charges. No fine print.

What's Eligible for Return

✅ Eligible for return:

  • Non-prescription frames in original, unworn condition
  • Prescription frames (see exceptions below)
  • Items returned in original packaging with all accessories

❌ Not eligible for return:

  • Custom engraved frames
  • Items showing signs of wear, scratches, or damage
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Gift cards

Prescription Lens Returns

Prescription lenses are customized for you. We accept returns on prescription frames within 30 days only if:

  • The frames don't match your order specifications
  • The prescription was filled incorrectly
  • Defective or damaged upon arrival

If your prescription lenses were filled correctly but you've changed your mind about the style, we'll happily exchange them for a different frame at the same price point.

Free First Exchange

Need a different size, color, or style? Your first exchange is on us — we'll cover return shipping. After the first exchange, return shipping is $7.95 per order.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@irisharp.com with your order number
  2. We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day
  3. Pack your frames in the original case and box
  4. Drop off the package at any UPS or USPS location
  5. We'll process your refund within 5–10 business days of receiving your return

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your irisharp frames arrive damaged or defective, we'll send a replacement immediately at no cost. Email us at support@irisharp.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damage
  • A brief description of the issue
