Prescription lenses are customized for you. We accept returns on prescription frames within 30 days only if:
If your prescription lenses were filled correctly but you've changed your mind about the style, we'll happily exchange them for a different frame at the same price point.
Need a different size, color, or style? Your first exchange is on us — we'll cover return shipping. After the first exchange, return shipping is $7.95 per order.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
