Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

• Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase or receipt is required

2. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions
3. Send the package back to the provided address

Note: Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
• Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
• Personal care goods (beauty products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Sale items or gift cards

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact zhibi11@outlook.com immediately so we can make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If merchandise is being shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Same eligibility requirements apply.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved
• If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days
