We currently ship to the following countries and regions. If your country is not listed below, please contact support@irisharp.com before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Countries and regions we ship to: United States (all 50 states), United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, South Africa, South Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Philippines, Vietnam, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands.

We deliver to customers across the destinations listed above and offer multiple shipping options to fit your timeline and budget. Every order includes tracking.

Order Processing

The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days
  • Shipping time: 3–23 business days (depends on shipping method and destination)

Important Notes

  • Shipments may be delayed due to weather, national policies, or peak season
  • Once your order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient

Countries and Regions We Do Not Ship To

Currently, we are unable to ship to the following regions due to carrier restrictions, customs limitations, or regulatory requirements:

  • Russia and Belarus
  • Iran, North Korea, and Syria
  • Cuba and Venezuela
  • Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions
  • APO/FPO military addresses
  • Freight forwarders

Orders placed with shipping addresses in these regions will be cancelled and refunded within 5 business days. We also do not deliver to P.O. boxes in some regions; please provide a physical street address for guaranteed delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@irisharp.com.
